How to become a Happy Skin Club Member:
1. Contact Premium Skin Care to let them know you are interested.
2. Read over policy, agree, and sign.
3. Provide Premium Skin Care with a credit/debit card to have on file.
4. Come use your perks at Premium Skin Care and save $$$
The Perks:
· You will receive 10% off every time you come in for your facial, unlimited times per month
· You will receive 10% on product purchases, unlimited times per month
· To secure your priority booking, we suggest booking at least 4-6 facials in advance
· 20% off every gift certificate you purchase (cannot be applied towards product purchase, cannot purchase a gift certificate for yourself)
· "Change of Season" gifts (i.e. Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter)
· Newsletter promotions will be sent out a week before non-member clients
Cancelation:
We will need a 30 day notice for us to cancel your membership.
Payment:
· A non-refundable charge of $50 a month will be charged on your credit card (on file), although the $50 will be accounted for and deducted from your facial price when you come in for your appointment in the same month.
Examples:
1.The first day of each month your credit card (on file) will automatically be charged $50. Say you facial value is $130, your remaining balance for that appt will be =$67 (that is the “-$50” + “-10 %” of the full price).
2. The first day of each month your credit card (on file) will automatically be charged $50. Say you come in for your facial more than once a month; your first facial will follow (a) then your second facial will be as follows: Value= $130, remaining balance for second facial =$117 (“-10%” off original price).
3.Product Purchase: Each time you purchase product, no matter how many times a month, will be as follows. Say you purchase the Gentle Gel Cleanser ($32) + Lactic Acid Concentrate ($42) + Retinol ($70) your total (with taxes) would be $158.75. With your 10% off you will be paying only= $142.88
